Not far from Verona is one of the most beautiful natural spots in Europe: we're talking about Lake Garda, a splendid lake surrounded by rolling hills and picturesque villages.
Among those villages, worth visiting is Limone del Garda, famous for its lemons, until the 40's it was isolated and reachable only through the lake or through the mountains. Subsequently, the construction of the road ended this isolation and has brought a remarkable touristic development in the area.
The town is the northernmost in the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. A small gem on the Lake Garda that certainly deserves a visit.
