Trying to take in Tuscany in one day is a nearly impossible feat, but this tour makes a good show of things; art, culture, history, cuisine, and of course wine are all featured, along with some of the regions' most famous sights.

Have free time in Pisa and San Gimignano

After the departure from the centre of Florence, head to Pisa, home to the world-famous Leaning Tower. You will see that Pisa has much more to offer than the Tower though, and will also see on your own their incredible Cathedral and Baptistery, along with the Monumental Cemetery.

Lunch in San Gimignano

We will then move to a wine estate in the foothills of San Gimignano, where you can enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch enriched by precious wines.
After lunch, you will proceed down into the village proper - San Gimignano, where you can marvel at the location once dubbed the 'City of Towers' in an era when everyone who was anyone was building them. You will wind your way through the maze of cobbled streets and explore local artisan shops.

Admire Siena and its Cathedral

The tour will end with a tour of the city of Siena, where you will be met by our specialist guide for a walk around pf the most important squares of Siena, from Piazza del Campo to the Cathedral. At the end of the tour there will be free time to enjoy some shopping in the centre.
Return to Florence in a beautiful Tuscan sunset.

It was great to see 3 beautiful cities in one day, while relaxing on the bus in between.

The tour guide in Sienna was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, and it was great to learn about the city and the buildings we were seeing. The lunch was good, and the the guides were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed seeing San Gimignano and Pisa, as well.

Amazing time in Florence Italy!!

We had a wonderful time in Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa with ItalyXP from Florence, Italy. The tour was offered in English and Spanish for our group. I thought the commuter bus was clean and safe. It was very well organized and the staff was extra friendly. The cost was very reasonable and they provided lunch with wine pairings. Pick up from central hotel was on time and quickly delivered us to the large bus. I would definitely book this tour again for another Europe trip. Thank you ItalyXP for a very memorable time in Florence!!

Wonderful trip and well worth the money!

We were punctually picked up from the hotel and transported to the starting point. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.

See three great places in one trip

The pick up from our hotel went fine. Note - you don't get taken back to your hotel, which for us wasn't a big problem as it was only a 10 minute walk. Siena was beautiful, a quick tour of the cathedral and a look round the square before San Gimignano - which was a fabulous little place, we could have done with more time there! The lunch provided in a winery was good, although some thought it was a little basic. Pisa was a jaw dropper - I never imagined it would be so beautiful. There was a lot of walking involved - the towns don't allow buses into the centres so the bus has to park outside and you walk. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. All-in-all very worthwhile and good value!
