First you will meet your tour leader in central Taormina and head to the nature reserve of Isola Bella. They say you can only see Taormina when you experience it from its most privileged vantage point; from the beautiful sea that surrounds it. The tour leader will be waiting to lead you to the Isola Bella nature reserve will be on-hand to assist you throughout the tour. You will then descend the steps that lead to one of the most renowned places in Taormina - Isola Bella – referred to as the Pearl of the Mediterranean by the famous German baron Wilhelm von Gloeden.
In addition to the amazing Grotta Azzurra you will also visit Capo Taormina, that has been made famous by the film The Big Blue. As you look around you, you will be amazed by being surrounded by the Mount Etna and the Gulf of Giardini Naxos. Take a picture, before bathing in the waters around Grotta del Giorno, and continue as the tour proceeds towars the Bay of Mazzarò, where you will find many locals sunbarhing. The final stop will be a visit to the Bay of Mermaids, right before an amazing fish based meal, that you will taste right in front of the crystal waters.
