Fun and Delicious Way to Spend an Evening in Rome
A fantastic evening in Rome! It started with Chef David welcoming us to his roof top patio for wine and hors d'oeuvres with the other guests. There were a total of 10 in the group and it was fun getting to know everyone. Chef David was friendly, fun and really wanted to make sure the evening was a true learning experience. We made a delicious red sauce, had some wine, and then each of us made homemade pasta. When completed, we all sat down to enjoy the delicious meal, and a little more wine too!
We highly recommend this activity for couples or for families. Even the "non" cooks in the family will enjoy the experience.

Cooking in Rome
My daughter and I made this reservation to meet up with another mother daughter taking the class. I had many reservations that were dismissed. David is a wonderful host, great chef and a lot of fun. We had the best time, meeting many wonderful people, making great pasta. We ate, drank, laughed. and truly had a terrific experience. This ended up being a highlight of our trip!
LOVED the whole experience. I can't say enough, sign up!!

My favorite activity in Rome!
All I wanted to do in Italy was learn to make fresh pasta, so my boyfriend booked a cooking lesson with Chef David. We had no idea what to expect, but couldn't have been happier with the result. We couldn't believe how delicious the food we had prepared was and what a beautiful setting we were eating it in (the loft has a truly special balcony lined with flowers, while the kitchen is bright and inviting). Chef David was gracious, helpful and fun! His passion is contagious and he engages you as a teacher, as well as a friend. Book NOW!!

Chef David is wonderful!
It is worth every penny to experience making pasta with chef David in his studio. Our group of 12 enjoyed this evening very much. Everything was delicious and I recommend the event when visiting Rome!

Apericena nel cuore di Roma
I miei amici per il mio compleanno hanno organizzato una festa a sorpresa sulla terrazza nel cuore di Roma dello chef David...... Ci siamo rilassati con uno stuzzicante aperitivo tutto home Made e poi via a prepapare la pasta fatta in casa che poi lo chef ci ha servito sotto un gazebo bellissimo con sottofondo di musica e candele.....infine abbiamo brindato e mangiato il dolce!!!! Idea stupenda con uno splendido padrone di casa che ci ha coinvolto e coccolato!!!! Da rifare
