The second day of the tour is dedicated to a half-day guided tour of Genoa. Your accredited private guide will lead you to the discovery of the most famous monuments and its ancient cuisine. Admire the prestigious buildings of the 15th century, which have grant the city to be listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the amazingly painted Rolli Palaces.
You will also have the chance to discover more about Genoa's ultra centenarian food tradtion, revealed by the fried seafood and traditional fried croquettes, the friscieu, sold at every corner by the traditional friggitorie, by the old pastry shop whose habituè was once Giuseppe Verdi.

The last day of the escorted tour is dedicated to the visit of Portofino, splendid sea-side town. The package includes a tasting of "pesto" sauce, the typical dish of this region. You will be greeted by a local producer for a special lecture and unique experience.
You will learn the secrets of the famous pesto sauce, using traditional instruments such as the "mortar and pestle".
Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, you can also try local products such as focaccia and other traditional specialties, tasting some great local wines. During the rest of the day you can explore the fantastic villages and the stunning natural landscape of the National Park of Portofino.
