During the cooking class you will learn how to prepare dishes like Tortelli D’erbetta which is acclaimed one of Parma’s most traditional pasta. It is pasta with a filling of ricotta cheese and chards. But there will also be time to prepare Tagliatelle garnished with Tomato sauce, which are very typical in the entire Emilia Romagna region.
